If I had to rate days of the week I would have to say Sunday would be my most productive day. It is the day that I spend in worship, cooking, and most of all rest and because of these things I am nourished. With any good nourishment comes strength and growth and that is where I find my mind, my body on this Sunday starting week two. Today after worship, I plan to spend a good long hour doing my most rigorous workout for the week. This being because Sunday's are a day that I have the most time so it makes sense to be thorough while at the gym. Next I will take a moment to meal prep meals through Thursday but if not definitely through Wednesday. I can't believe how many times I mentioned to hubby how thankful I was that I didn't have to cook when I would come in from a long days work and yet I could reach in the fridge and grab a healthy meal. I think my husband was a little jealous because there were a few times that he looked like he wanted to eat my prepared meals that I had made. I guess today when making my meals I will have to make a few extra for him.
