Day Ten

Monday started out really easy since there isn't much to do by way of workouts. Today is my long day so I try to sleep a little longer and focus on food prep for the day. Today was an unusual day because my hubby had extra responsibilities so this left me with less support than I normally have when it comes to meals for the day. Fortunately I had my prepped meals that I had on Sunday so the day was all in all easy. The only meal that wasn't accounted for was dinner which my hubby makes since he works from home. This left us scrambling a little and we decided since it was a really busy day to just go to subway and grab some sandwiches. It was a nice treat and helped us out of a bind.

Breakfast
Eggs burrito made with ground turkey wheat tortilla
Snack ground turkey with sautéed cabbage
Lunch grilled pork chop with green beans
Dinner 6 inch ham sub from subway
