Leg Day
On this Saturday I thought instead of starting a new week that perhaps I should go back and finish my leg workout. I knew I only had a small amount of time, since I was sneaking off to the gym so the workout literally lasted right at 30 minutes. One of the things that I am consciously thinking about is the cardio that will be expected in Phase 2. I need to take some time and watch the Jamie Eason Phase 2 video so I can start preparing myself for the additional time and work that will be expected for the second 30 days.

Jump Squats on a bench
Standing Lunges
Single Leg Barbell Dead lift
Lying Leg Curl
One leg standing curl
calf raises /sitting down
ab/inductors
