Day Twenty One

Fridays are unique sometimes because I may take a class or do an independent training day. This is good because it serves as a challenge, shakes up my workout routine, and usually allows me to work muscle groups I might not normally get to work.

Friday Funday
  • Rope Pull Machine- pull 30 seconds while squatting
  • Lunges with hands in the air
  • Medicine Ball hitting the wall with squats
  • Throwing Medicine Ball down with squats
  • Ball Planks
  • TRX Pulls
  • Barbell Biceps 7 with 7 second pulses
  • Barbell Bench Press
  • Bar Pushups
