Week One Summary

Today marks a solid week of being on the Live Fit Trainer. I completed 5 workouts and followed my diet plan all week. I am proud of myself that I didn't give up or let hurdles like waking up late or forgetting my lunch stumble my progress. I am very excited to share my journey which is largely tied to my motivation.

How did I stay motivated during my first week?

Typically people are motivated by the results that they have earned, but being that it is so early in this process there simply aren't any visual returns this week. No real weight loss, no sizes that dropped down, or anything tangible.

What there is though is a feeling of peace and a sense of solace that I am on my journey and there is simply nothing that can stop me now.

Other ways I stay motivated are blogging. When you write about it and put it out there for all to see there is nothing more accountable than that,
