How did I stay motivated during my first week?
Typically people are motivated by the results that they have earned, but being that it is so early in this process there simply aren't any visual returns this week. No real weight loss, no sizes that dropped down, or anything tangible.
What there is though is a feeling of peace and a sense of solace that I am on my journey and there is simply nothing that can stop me now.
Other ways I stay motivated are blogging. When you write about it and put it out there for all to see there is nothing more accountable than that,

- Implement Fitness Pal for every meal
- Work out 5x this week
- Water Drink 90 ounces or 6 water bottles
- Take a picture and do measurements so I can track progress better
