Day Seven

Today is my rest day from all exercise. Initially I planned on making it to the gym for a fun spin class but I realized we are helping some friends move so that should be exercise enough. I will be sure to do plenty of squats and lunges as I pick up boxes and a few bicep curls as I put them down. I know tomorrow I have to start my week all over again so I think its important to have some rest in between days to avoid overworking the muscles. I focused on water today but still have yet to make a habit of putting every single meal in my fitness pal app. I will really have to focus on this next week.

Breakfast 2 Eggs 2 bacon and 1 toast
Lunch ground turkey spiniach and butternut squash
Snack Protein Shake
Dinner Chicken & Spinach
