Day Eleven

The day so far has been very good. Started out with more rest... slept in a little which means I will workout when I get home from work. At my job I have a stove so cooking at work is an option which I gladly take advantage of. I brought breakfast so I could enjoy my food fresh this morning. I will do the same for lunch and snacks today. 

My workout today will be Back and Biceps

Wide Grip Lat Pull down 3x12 50lbs
One-Arm Dumbbell Row 3x12 each arm 10lbs
Seated Cable Row 3x12 50lbs
Cable Pull downs 3x12 50lbs
Dumbbell Curls 12.5lbs 3x12
One Are Dumbbell Curl 12.5 3x12
Standing Biceps with 20lbs bar 3x12 

Breakfast 2 eggs 2 bacon
Snack Protein shake
Lunch Shrimp Salad
Snack Stir fry veggies with shrimp
Protein sweet potato and cauliflower
