Day Twelve


Can't really explain why it was so hard for me to wake up this morning because I went to bed last night at a decent hour. Regardless I was pretty determined to get my workout in despite not being on schedule. I know this determination has so much to do with blogging and feeling a sense of accountability and for that I am very happy. I say this because wherever you can find motivation that can be useful, and exacting I say go for it! I wake up every morning now with a choice which is do you want to work out now and perhaps lose sleep or do you want to work out later and perhaps skip some family time? Its not always an easy choice, but sometimes it is. This morning I went on to the gym and worked out my Legs & Calves. This is one of my favorite workouts. Its easy in some respects and yet longer than most of the routines I do. For that I tap into more of the endurance part of this strength training process.

Seated Leg Curls                                     Dinner Protein Veggies
Curtsy Squats
Calf Raises seated and standing
