Today I woke up late (after my workout window) so I didn't get to my fourth workout this morning. Thankfully I planned for the possibility of oversleeping and missing a workout earlier in my week which is why I decided to get my workouts in over the weekend and at the beginning of my workweek. According to Live Fit Trainer technically all I have is one more workout before Saturday since technically Saturday is my start date. On Fridays I have the day off so I know I will for sure get the workout in but for some reason I wanted to throw a cardio session in or maybe an abs workout in the mix so perhaps I can do a ab video workout from home tonight.
On another note I discovered as I walked down my stairs to make a baby bottle in the wee hours of the morning that I was sore. Thankfully I figured out I was sore before falling down my stairs in the dark because I certainly don't need to be rolling down my stairs like a giant tumble weed waking up hubby and the baby. We all know that know one really would care about my injuries (unless I was hospital bound) but rather would be focused on whether or not the noise woke the baby. (LOL) Moms really do sacrifice a lot.

My food:
Breakfast 2 eggs with ground turkey meat
Snack Protein shake
Lunch tuna veggies and butternut squash
Cottage Cheese
Dinner Chicken Veggies and butternut squash
