Day Four

My alarm clock woke me this morning by means of a 4 am diaper change and bottle feed. I never really know when I wake up to feed my baby if it will be midnight, 2am or 6am so it was to my delight that I didn't miss my work out time. When I get up I tend to grab a cup of coffee, maybe drink some water, wrestle in the dark to find something resembling work out clothes ( this morning found my yoga pants and Williams Adidas shirt which is good enough) and got dressed in a closet so I dont wake up my baby and I was out the door.




Leg Extensions 3x10 30lbs
Leg Press 3x10 50lbs
Calf raises seated 100x 35lbs
Standing Calf raisers 120lbs 60x
Leg Curls 30lbs 3x10
Standing Leg Squats 1st set just the bar/2 sets 30lbs 3x10

Food Prepped today
Breakfast is 2 Eggs with quarter cup of ground turkey
Snack Protein shake
Lunch Rice Chicken and broccoli
Snack (small size chicken/sweet potato/spinach)
Cottage Cheese

Goals today are to drink enough water / Use Fitness Pal
