I can't remember being this excited it was Friday since I don't know, last Friday! I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate my days off. Sleeping in, spending time with kids and family feels like the best reward. It seems like there are so few times that we get to slow down, do what we want to do when we want to do it and for me thats what my Fridays are like. Knowing my day would be full I took the opportunity to get my workout completed before everyone woke up and the hustle and bustle started. Today I got to do a whole body workout which is different from what I do on the Livefit trainer. Despite being sore all over before the workout even started, it felt really good to do something different and work in some muscles I usually dont get to hit such as core, my hamstrings and overall conditioning by doing some
medicine ball work.
