Day Thirteen

Today I decided to take a different approach to get my gym workout done. Instead of waking up getting dressed and heading to the gym I literally woke up, drank my coffee and workedout inside my building complex. The perk is noone is there usually so I knew I could get away with a pajama workout day. I just needed to get my shoulders and abs work in so I decided to opt out of all the lights, action and people and just workout solo.

Workout
Seated Dumbbell Press 10lbs
Front and side lateral raise 5lbs
Seated bent over delt raises
Ab work

Food 
Breakfast Eggs with ground turkey
Snack Pouched eggs with spinach small few bites of hash browns
Lunch and Dinner Chopotle Salad
