Day Nineteen & Twenty

This week seemed to zoom by super fast. Got in my exercise for the week with the exception of a second leg day.

Flat Bench Press
Bench Dips
Bench Fly's
Lying Bench Barbell Triceps Extension
Dumbbell Triceps Extension
Overhead Triceps Extension
Cable Triceps Extensions
