I felt really good after having a rest day and was ready to work and start a fresh new week. When I got to the gym I noticed that the rotation of Live Fit Trainer changed starting out this week. The program started with Legs vs. Chest and appears to have another leg day somewhere later on in the week. My guess is the change has to do with making the workout gradually more specific and plausibly more effective. Legs hold some of the largest muscles in the body making legs one of the most productive muscles in the body to work.
